What's new in this version v071901

General

  • Date & time format: Standardised every date/time display to DD-MM-YYYY, hh:mm AA across all platforms.
  • Needs clarificationMissing base screens: Which specific base screens are considered missing on web, mobile, and tablet? Please confirm the exact list per platform so they can be added.

Design components

  • Background pattern: Added 2 more background-pattern options (in addition to the original).
  • Colour palette: Added 2 more colour-palette options.
  • Tables (admin): Every admin table now supports column filtering, sorting, and search.
  • Sidebar: Reworked the collapsible (collapses-to-icons) sidebar to match the supplied shadcn sidebar-07 reference.
  • Tablet toolbar: Fixed the toolbar issue on the tablet.

Procurement

  • Admin sidebar submenu: Procurement now has a sub-menu: Dashboard, Requirement, Farmer, Calendar.
  • ADM-PROC-01 · "Responses awaiting review" KPI: Added a new screen reached from the second KPI, listing all new farmer responses for any open/active requirement, for review.
  • ADM-PROC-01 · KPI styling: Reworked the KPI cards (icons were too small) so they read clearly.
  • Farmer master (new): Added a Farmer master screen in the Procurement module: group farmers, and add a new farmer manually or from app self-registrations. Grouping is aligned with the existing broadcast-requirement grouping (ADM-PROC-07).

Layout & toolbar fixes

  • Sidebar alignment: Fixed the sidebar not lining up properly.
  • Footer toolbar: Made the action toolbar a sticky footer (no longer requires scrolling to reveal it) and removed the inconsistent separate footer toolbar.
  • Toolbar colour: Changed the black toolbar to an on-brand colour.
  • Selection state: When rows are selected, the action toolbar now replaces the menu instead of stacking.
  • Table vs background contrast: Separated the table surface from the page background (they previously looked identical).
  • Edit button: Restyled the edit button that looked out of place.

Addendum · Farmer master data (Admin Web)

  • ADM-PROC-20 · Farmer/supplier list: Rewritten as a rich list screen: supplier types, groups/tags, sortable columns, a bulk-action bar, a right-rail detail panel, and Leads / Archived tabs.
  • ADM-PROC-21 · Supplier detail: New screen. 8 tabs, source-farmers list, and KPIs.
  • ADM-PROC-22 · Create / edit supplier: New screen. Conditional sections that change per supplier type.
  • ADM-PROC-23 · Bulk import: New multi-step import wizard.
  • ADM-PROC-24 · Groups: New screen. Two-pane manual + smart-group builder.
  • ADM-PROC-25 · Tags: New tag-management screen.
  • ADM-PROC-07 · Broadcast: Revised. Added By group and By filter targeting modes, a live recipient count, and excluded-recipient chips.
  • ADM-PROC-28 · Responses to review: Preserved the previous broadcast-responses screen under this new ID.

Addendum · QC-first buying flow

  • ADM-PROC-26 · QC result & buying decision: New screen. Threshold matrix, urgency clock, and all decision states.
  • ADM-PROC-27 · Payment terms: New screen.
  • OPT-QC-02 · Incoming QC: Rewritten for incoming QC with a fast-track path.
  • OPT-QC-09 · QC submit: Reworked to a submit, not decide model (QC records results; procurement decides).
  • OPT-QC-10 · Awaiting decision: New awaiting-procurement-decision state.
  • OPT-QC-11: Marked deprecated (superseded by the submit/awaiting split).
  • OPT-QC-16 · Flag rejected & route to exit: New screen.
  • OPT-QC-13 · QC history: Added an Incoming QC vs Batch QC provenance label per timeline entry.

Addendum · Gate routing (Operator Tablet)

  • OPT-GATE-03: Now routes arrivals to QC.
  • OPT-GATE-09: Accepts only (no decision at the gate).
  • OPT-GATE-12 / 13: Handle rejected loads with a pre-weighbridge exit.
  • OPT-GATE-14 · Active trucks: Added the QC-first stage vocabulary (Gate entry → Weighbridge → At QC → Awaiting procurement → Warehouse / Loading bay), rendered as tone-coded stage pills.

Addendum · Admin dashboard

  • Added a Decisions pending KPI and section (trucks through incoming QC awaiting a buying decision).
  • Repointed the previous KPI to ADM-PROC-28.
