Farmer Mobile
FRM-PROC-08 (Confirm Gate-In): Renamed button "Accept gate-in" → "Accept request". The Delivery Completed state now shows a Delivery record card — actual delivery date, actual delivery time, actual delivered weight, and Payment status (In Process / Paid / Pending, switchable via Tweaks). The completion banner text adapts to the payment status.
FRM-PROC-06 (My Responses): Added Delivering and Completed statuses/filters. Completed tab has a "Missing a completed order?" banner + Report a missing order form (gate pass no., date, note → toast). "Delivering" cards show deliver-by date, quota, and gate-pass info, and open the gate-in screen in the matching state. Added two sample response records (one Delivering, one Completed/Paid).
FRM-PROC-01 (Registration): Added an onboarding screen before registration — brand, headline, three value props, Get started → phone entry, plus a Sign in link. Onboarding is now the default first step.
Admin Web
ADM-PROC-10 (Responses & Gate-ins): Added Arrived state (pill + filter). Cancel confirmation — buyer can revoke a farmer's gate-in confirmation before arrival (reverts to "Awaiting farmer", voids the pass, with a confirm dialog). Truck details dialog once Arrived (incl. gross/tare/net weights). Added a Reschedule button beside Gate-in schedule.
ADM-PROC-10 · Dashboard (Pending Your Action): Added a payment item ("3 deliveries awaiting payment · amount · status") linking to the payments screen.
ADM-PROC-17 — Payments (new screen): View and update payment status for completed deliveries. Summary tiles (Outstanding / Pending / In process / Paid) and a table (farmer, PO, delivered qty, date, amount, method, status + Update action with toast). Wired into Procurement nav.
Operator Tablet — Gate & Logistics
OPT-GATE-01 (Gate dashboard): On-site trucks that have finished (Warehouse / Loading bay) get a slide right-to-left to confirm gate-out; in-process trucks (Weighbridge/QC) don't show it.
OPT-GATE-03 (Scan Result Matched): Status changed to "Arrived".
OPT-GATE-06 (Truck Details): Now multi-truck per gate pass — shows all details for each truck plus its photo-capture set, lets the gate user add details manually for trucks not entered at booking, and gives each truck its own "Continue to verify" button (old layout reused as the per-truck template).
OPT-GATE-14 (Active trucks): Each ready truck (Warehouse / Loading bay) has a Gate-out button + confirm dialog + toast; in-process trucks show "In process". The bulk "Send to checkpoint" button was restored to its original form and now fires a toast ("… trucks sent to next checkpoint") and clears the selection.
OPT-GATE-15 (Truck movement log): Completed state adds a Truck exit details card (exit time, gate, authorized by, total dwell, net delivered, exit slip, vehicle condition, exit reason). Reordered the completed timeline to: Gate entry → Driver & truck photos → Verification passed → QC decision: Passed → Gross weight → Tare captured → Exit authorized, and removed the "Gate pass generated" event.
Operator Tablet — QC
OPT-QC-01 (QC Type & Flow): Added a three QC-type chooser — Incoming Product QC (raw material, DM test only), On-going Production QC (oil content test), Outbound Sales QC (FFA / External test). Active type also selectable in Tweaks.
DM testing (QC-02–09): Merged Step 2 + Step 3 into one "Sampling & parameters" screen (per-sample sampling details + DM% & oil% + derived stats), stepper reduced to 3 steps. Removed the "DM / FFA / External" tabs. Added an Inspection checklist (IMTR) to the Decision step. "In Process" is not used in the decision flow (Approve / Reject / Hold only).
OPT-QC-10 (QC Passed): Removed the "Next steps" card; summary card is now full-width.
